Sacred Unwinding / Bodywork
Exchange: $150 for 60 min. & $225 for 90 min.
Sessions for those 16 or older. Client’s rest on a massage table wearing loose fitting/comfortable clothing to receive bodywork. See the Modalities page for more detail.
Infant Bodywork
Exchange $150 for 45 minutes
Infant bodywork session. For clients with oral function concerns; oral assessment, habilitation exercises, and infant movements are provided at the client's request. Package of 6 sessions available below.
Infant Bodywork Clinic Day
Exchange: Pay What You Can for 30 minutes
Infant bodywork clinic days. Pay what you can, donation based infant bodywork. For clients with oral function concerns; oral assessment, habilitation exercises, and infant movements are available at the client's request.
Parent & Infant Sacred Unwinding / Bodywork
Exchange: $250 for 90 minutes
Sessions for bodywork for both infant and parent. These sessions work best with pre-crawling infants 0-4 months of age. Infants receive bodywork while feeding or resting and can either, lie on their parent’s chest while the parent receives bodywork, or may be worn in a carrier by Janice while she treats the parent.
Child Sacred Unwinding / Bodywork
Exchange: $150 for 45 minutes
Bodywork sessions for children. A parent, guardian, or caregiver must be present. Caregivers are encouraged to bring entertainment for children who may have difficulties resting on the massage table.
Intuitive Energy Work / Distance Reiki
Exchange: $100-150 for 30-60 minutes
In office or virtual energy work sessions. Client’s may choose to receive Reiki only, or may request any intuitive messages of support or validation that were received during the session. Clients are asked to share their intentions for the session prior to starting.
Multiple Practitioner Sessions
Exchange: $250 for 60 minutes
These sessions are with two practitioners, one offering bodywork and another offering Reiki.

Package of 6 Sacred Unwinding or CFT Sessions
Exchange: $800 ($100 savings)
Sessions can be used for multiple family members. Available for purchase at your scheduled appointment.
Comfort Measure Care Reiki
Exchange: $150 for 45 minutes (travel included)
This is an in-home or in-hospital session to support those with debilitating chronic illness or those in hospice care. A caregiver is required to be available for in-home sessions. A brief summary of the client’s status is helpful for non-verbal clients. This is a wonderful gift to help ease the end of life transition.
