My name is Janice and I have been holding space for clients for over 20 years. While my work has been primarily focused in maternal child health, it has grown to include support of clients of any age and stage in life through somatic based techniques, gentle body and energy work, and CranioSacral Therapies.
I founded Seeds of Support in 2018 when I brought my experience as a labor nurse and mother of twins to my private practice where I held space for families as a Postpartum Doula, Energy Worker, and Certified Lactation Counselor. My practice advanced as I became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), spending many years learning about biologically normal newborn behavior, lactation, infant oral function, maternal mental health, co-regulation, and attunement. My practice also grew as I supported clients with Reiki and Intuitive Energy Work though their transitions with illnesses, grief, and end of life care. After further training in CranioSacral Fascial Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, and as a PsychoSomatic Practitioner, my practice now focuses on gentle bodywork, nervous system regulation, and integration work.
