“Janice is a doula dream come true! Besides her amazing qualifications (RN, lactation consultant, twin mom!!, etc), she knows exactly what you need before you even have to ask. From washing bottles to soothing babies so you can have break/nap, my house and myself were always in a much better place once Janice was there. I always knew it was going to be a better day when Janice was coming! She has amazing energy that is so nice to be around and is so helpful with whatever your goals are. One of my big ones was to breastfeed and tandem feed my twins. She set me up with an attainable, easy to follow feeding plan. I got so many great tips from her as well on diapering, bottle feeding, burping, baby wearing…the list goes on! My twin boys are thriving! I can’t recommend Janice highly enough!” -Trisha

Energy Work
“As a first time Mom there is so much to learn and so many “unknowns”, especially when it comes to breastfeeding!! Janice is very knowledgeable and was able to give me very helpful advice regarding breastfeeding.
I was also dealing with some postpartum anxiety so Janice completed some Reiki sessions to help reduce my anxiety and promote healing. She was very professional and wore my baby throughout the session so that I was able to fully relax. She has a very calming vibe as my son would always fall asleep on her within minutes! I found the Reiki sessions to be very helpful.
Overall Janice is a super warm, friendly person and I recommend her for any postpartum needs.” -Mary
